Documents required for family/friends visit visa

-  Original passport with 6 months validity from date of arrival in Sweden. + Old passports if any.

-  Visa Application forms.

-  2 photographs : 35X45mm, white background matt finish, 80% face size.

-  Covering letter from the applicant introducing himself/herself, explaining the purpose, duration & itinerary of the visit in brief.

-  Air tickets.

-  Overseas Travel Insurance

-  Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.

-  Original Personal bank statements for last 6 months updated with sufficient balance.

-  Salary Slips for last 3 months - if employed.

-  Original Leave Letter from Employer / School / University.

-  Retire proof /Pension order- if retired

-  Company registration proof eg. Shop Act, Deed, MOA etc - If self-employed.

-  Student/College ID card / Bonafide certificate - if student

Documents from Friends/Relatives visiting Sweden:
 

-  Passport & Visa copies.

-  Appendix E Form.

-  Relationship proof certificate if visiting family members.

Children travelling not with both parents (under 18 years of age) : written consent letter certified by public notary of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian; Children travelling alone (under 18 years of age): written consent letter certified by public notary of both parents or legal guardian; In all cases: copies of the passports of both parents (legal guardian/s) or PAN cards or driving licenses.

Documents required for Business Visa

-  Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of arrival in Sweden + Old passports if any.

-  Visa Application forms.

-  2 photographs: 35X45mm, white background matt finish, 80% face size.

-  Covering letter - Name and designation of the applicant and also of the signatory (of managerial or executive level) with signature certifying that applicant will be visiting the Swedish company concerned; An outline of the applicant’s itinerary, the purpose of visit names and addresses of the companies he/she intends to visit.

-  Invitation Letter: Name of the applicant invited; Purpose of visit; Days of the intended stay; Dates of the visit.

-  Indian Company registration copy. eg. Shop Act / MOA / Deed.

-  Original personal bank statements for last 6 months updated with bank seal and sign on it.

-  Hotel Confirmation.

-  Air Tickets.

-  Overseas travel medical insurance.

-  Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.

-  Original personal Bank Statements for last 6 months updated with bank seal & sign.

-  Salary Slips for last 3 months - if employed

-  Employment contract if any.
