Documents required for family/friends visit visa

-  Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of travel + Old passport.

-  Visa Application forms.

-  2 photographs: 35X45mm, white background matt finish, 80% face size.

-  Covering letter mentioning details of the visit and applicants.

-  Overseas Travel insurance.

-  Air Tickets.

-  Income tax returns / Form 16 for last years.

-  Original personal Bank Statements for last 6 months updated with seal & sign of ban and with a healthy balance.

-  Salary Slips for last 3 months - if employed

-  Original Leave Letter from Employer/School/university.

-  Company registration proof eg. Shop Act / MOA / Deed etc - if self-employed.

-  Retirement proof/pension passbook - if retired.

-  Student id and bonafide letter - if a student

Documents required from Family/friend -

-  Original Invitation letter.

-  Original guarantee letter authenticated by the Administrative Unit in Slovenia.

-  Passport and Visa copy

-  Relationship proof certificate if visiting relatives.

Minors:

-  If the minor travels with one parent only, written consent certified by a public notary of the other parent or guardian, except in cases of a parent having the care or custody alone.

-  IF travelling without parents: written consent certified by a public notary of both parents or guardians having the care and custody of the applicant;

-  Copies of the passport of the parents. If not applicable, birth certificate of the applicant and copies of the ID cards of the parents.

Documents required for Business Visa

-  Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of arrival in Slovenia + Old passport.with at least two blank visa pages; it shall have been issued within the previous 10 years;

-  Visa Application forms.

-  2 photographs: 35X45mm, white background matt finish, 80% face size. Eyes, Ears and Forehead visible.

-  Original Overseas Insurance with must inclusion of (1) repatriation because of health reasons, (2) first medical aid or (3) hospitalization;

-  Confirm Air Tickets. If travelling to the several Schengen States, proof of domestic flight reservation, train itinerary or car rental.

-  Confirm Hotel Bookings.

-  Original bank statements for last 6 months updated with bank seal & sign on each and every page.

-  Income Tax / Form 16 for last 3 years.

-  Employment contract or proof.

-  Original leave letter from Employed / School/ College.

-  Company registration proof eg. Shop Act, MOA etc.

-  Salary Slips for the last 6 months - if employed.

-  Retirement proof - Pension Book/ Retirement letter copy.

Minor travelers: 
 

-  a minor accompanied by one parent shall provide an Original notarized NOC by the other parent, plus copies of parents passports or signature ID proof.

-  a minor traveling alone shall provide an Original notarized NOC by both parents / legal guardians, plus copies of parents passports or signature ID proof.
