Documents required for a Student/Internship/research Visa

-  Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of travel + Old passport.

-  Visa application form needs to fill online.

-  Two Photo white background 35 x 45 with 70% face not older than 6 months

-  covering letter from Applicant

-  An invitation by the applicant’s education facility in Latvia that is approved by the OCMA has to be submitted. The invitation should be dated not later than 6 months prior to the application date.

-  Original Bank statements last 6 months with healthy balance with seal and signed by a bank.

-  Health Insurance - The minimum coverage of 42,600 EUR

-  Education documents - Degree certificate /mark sheet

-  Photocopy of passport 1st two and last two pages, air ticket., insurance

Documents required for Business Visa

-  Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of travel + Old passport.

-  Visa application form filled online

-  Two Photo white background 35 x 45 with 70% face not older than 6 months

-  covering letter from the Indian company on letterhead.

-  Party in Latvia to contact Department of Citizenship and Immigration and to fill the up1 form which will be endorsed and signed by the Immigration Department. than clear scan, copy need to be required

-  Hotel reservation

-  Return Ticket

-  Payslip last 3 months

-  Bank statements last 3 months (Original and photocopy of the passbook with updated entries/print out) including address and telephone no. of the bank

-  Health Insurance +1 photocopy
