Documents required for family/friends visit visa

-  Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of arrival in Croatia + Old passport. (issued within the last 10 years, containing at least two empty pages (back to back). 

-  Online Visa Application forms.

-  2 photographs: 35X45mm, white background matt finish, 70% face size.

-  Covering letter mentioning the details of the traveller, travel information and personal contact information of passengers.

-  Air tickets.

-  Overseas Travel Insurance.

-  Income tax returns/Form 16 for last 3 years.

-  Original personal Bank Statements for last 6 months updated with sufficient balance and bank seal & sign on it.

-  Salary Slips for the last 3 months - if employed.

-  Copy of international credit card with three months credit card statements.

-  Original Leave Letter from Employer/School/University.

-  Retire proof /Pension order- if retired

-  Company registration proof - if self-employed eg. Shop Act/MOA/Deed etc.

-  Student id card / Bonafide Certificate - if student

Documents if Visiting Friends/Family in Croatia:
 

-  Passport & Visa Copies.

-  Letter of Guarantee by Natural Person (certified by a Public Notary in Croatia): in original or copy if the original is deposited at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs in Croatia.

-  Bank Statements for last 6 months update.

-  Payslips last 3 months.

Documents required for Business Visa

-  Original passport valid for last 6 months from the date of arrival in Croatia. + Old passports

-  Visa Application forms.

-  2 recent photographs: 35 X 45mm, white background matt finish, 80% face size.

-  Covering letter explaining the purpose of the trip with itinerary detailed location(s) and duration of stay in Croatia.

-  Invitation letter from Croatian company mentioning the details of the visit and company.

-  Hotel Voucher

-  Air Tickets

-  Travel health insurance.

-  Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.

-  Original personal bank statements for last 6 months updated with bank seal & sign and healthy balance.

-  Copy of international credit card with three months credit card statement.

-  Salary Slips for the last 3 months - if employed.

-  Original Leave Letter from Employer/School/University.

-  Company registration proof of Indian company.
