Documents required for Tourist Visa

-  Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of travel + Old passport.

-  Passport photocopy – 1 (only pages bearing personal info – Name, address and other personal details).

-  Passport size photograph of the applicant – 1

-  If employed, copy of the last 2 years IT returns and last 6 months bank statement.

-  Proof of stay (for the place where applicant shall be staying on arrival) and proof of flights. The date of travel mentioned on the form should be according to the proof of travel being submitted. Copy of Invitation Card/letter justifying the purpose of visit.

-  The Visa fee once tendered is non-refundable and subject to change without notice.

-  Incomplete and incorrect information filled out will be returned. Answer all questions thoroughly and accurately. If a question does not apply, please type N/A (not applicable).
