-  Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of arrival in Belgium + Old passport.

-  Confirm Air tickets.

-  Day to Day Travel itinerary.

-  Travel Insurance

-  Income tax returns or Form 16 for the last 3 years.

-  Original personal bank statements for last 6 months with healthy and sufficient balance.

-  Salary Slips for last 3 months - if employed

-  Original Leave letter from Employer/School/College.

-  If Self Employed  Shop Act/MOA/Deed required.

Documents if Invited by Friends / Family:
 

-  Passport & Visa copies.

-  Invitation letter from the host in Belgium.

-  1 Accommodation proof in Belgium.

- Relationship certificate if visiting family.

-  Hotel Vouchers

-  Return ticket.

-  Travel Insurance

-  Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.

-  Original personal bank statements for last 6 months updated with bank seal & sign.

-  Salary Slips for last 3 months - if employed

-  Company registration proof of Indian company
