  Two Photo white background 35 x 45 with 80% face not older than 6 months

-  Covering letter

-  Invitation letter in original from the Belarus company

-  Invitation from the party and attested by Ministry of External Affairs in Belarus should come in the original.

-  Bank statements personal last 3 months in original attested by the bank

-  Travel Insurance by Belarus insurance company can be obtained from Delhi 

-  Ticket Itinerary.

-  HIV Certificate from the below Medical Centre
