·   Original passport with 6 months validity from the date of arrival in Sweden. + Old passports if any.

·   Income tax returns / Form 16 for last 3 years.

·   Original Personal bank statements for last 6 months updated with sufficient balance.

·   Salary Slips for the last 3 months - if employed.

·   Original Leave Letter from Employer / School / University.

·   Retire proof /Pension order- if retired

·   Company registration proof e.g. Shop Act, Deed, and MOA etc. - If self-employed.

·   Student/College ID card / Bonafide certificate - if student

Ø  Children travelling not with both parents (under 18 years of age): written consent letter certified by public notary of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian; Children travelling alone (under 18 years of age): written consent letter certified by public notary of both parents or legal guardian; In all cases: copies of the passports of both parents (legal guardian/s) or PAN cards or driving licenses.

·         Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of arrival in Sweden + Old passports if any.

·         Invitation Letter: Name of the applicant invited; Purpose of visit; Days of the intended stay; Dates of the visit.
