- 3 recent Photos: 35X45mm, white background, matte finish 70% face size.
- Covering letter mentioning details of the travel, applicant, and details itinerary.
- Confirm Return Ticket
- Original Yellow Fever Certificate
- Proof of Hotel confirmation from Hotel in Ivory Coast is required.
- Income Tax / Form 16 for last 3 years.
- Original personal Bank statements for last 6 months.
Documents required for Business Visa
- Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of Arrival in Cote d' ivorie+ Old passports if any.
- Visa Application forms 2 sets.
- 3 recent Photos: 35X45mm, white background,matt finish 70% face size.
- Covering letter from Indian company mentioning the details of the visit, company profile and passenger information who is travelling.
- Invitation letter from Cote d' Ivoire on company letterhead mentioning the details of the visit. (If asked by Embassy need to provide Original Letter)
- Return Ticket
- Original Yellow Fever Certificate
- Recommendation letter from the Chamber of Commerce.
- Income tax / Form 16 for last 3 years.
- Original personal bank statements for last 6 months.
