Documents required for Tourist Visa
- Original passport with 6 months validity from date of Arrival in Chad + Old passports if any.
- Visa Application Form.
- 2 recent photos: 35X45mm, white background, matt finish 80% face size.
- Covering letter mentioning the details of the applicant, travel information.
- Invitation letter from Chad who is inviting from Friend/Family. + Their Passport/ID card copy.
- Copy of Yellow fever vaccination card. A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly.
- Bank statements of last 6 months.
Prior Appointment is required to be taken with Chad Consulate before submission of documents. For Appointment need to mail to Chad Consulate.
Documents required for Business Visa
- Original passport with 6 months validity from date of Arrival in Chad + Old passports if any.
- Visa Application Form.
- 2 recent photos: 35X45mm, white background, matt finish 80% face size.
- Covering letter from Indian company mentioning the profile of the company, details of the applicant, details of the visit also who will bear the expenses.
- Invitation letter from Chad company mentioning the details of the visit.
- Confirm return Air Tickets.
- Original Yellow fever Certificate + Photocopies.
- Original Personal Bank statements of last 6 months.
